• Es Castell is located 2 kms. to the north east of Caimari, bordering the sleepy hamlet of Binibona. This magnificent stone house, which dates from the 11th Century, is secluded in 750 acres of land, dotted with almond, orange, lemon and olive trees, and teeming with birds and wildlife.
• Its unique position offers breathtaking views encompassing the majestic Tramuntana mountains at the back of the hotel, and the surrounding olive groves at the front, and further still, stretching over the little villages that dot the lower countryside, all the way up to the bay of Alcúdia in the Northern part of Mallorca.
• The finca's 11 double bedrooms and 1 junior suite, all offering spectacular panoramas, provide a modern level of comfort, including heating and private bathrooms, whilst maintaining the character of this unique location.
• The house is built on different levels and has an enormous old olive press room, cosy lounge with open fire place and a sunlit dining room.
• The small restaurant uses only fresh ingredients from the finca and the local markets, and whilst conserving a Mallorcan base offers an international touch.
