JADE JAGGER SPLIT UP

Jade Jagger, 26-year-old daughter of Rolling Stone Mick, has moved out of the home in Ibiza Town she shared with artist Euan McDonald.

The couple had been living together for the last 18 months since Jade broke of with former partner and father of her two daughters, Piers Jackson. The beautiful, long-legged model, who started her career with a Pretty Polly stockings advert on TV, has moved in with friends in San Juan in the north of the island, with her daughters Assisi and Amba.
During happier times together, the couple were part of Ibiza's exclusive "arty" colony and were often seen enjoying the town's famous night life. It has been rumoured that the rift between the couple started with arguments about money problems, despite both being successful in their own field. Euan, apparently very upset by the split, has left the island and is rumoured to be staying with family friends in Goa.
Jade is Mick Jagger's daughter by his first wife, Bianca. A problem student at school, her father sent her to Florence to study art after she was involved in a drugs scandal. In Florence she met art student Piers with whom she lived for seven years before they agreed to separate.

BEWARE: BEES ABOUT

The jammed cars blew their horns for more than 25 minutes in Palma as a stationary queue stretched from Plaza Mayor to Plaza Cort. Police car number 652 had pulled into the one way street - the wrong way - and abandoned his car, presumably in the course of duty. As the jam stretched back to police headquaters at the town hall an officer was sent up the queue to investigate. With an arm sway of dismay he gave up; without of course booking the offending vehicle... just keeping the peace!

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER - BONEY M LIVE IN IBIZA

This year San Antonio Football Club (SD Portmany) celebrates its 75th anniversary and to start a summer of activities, they are giving a concert on Saturday 30 May in the football ground starring the group BONEY M featuring Liz Mitchell, the original lead singer.
Starting at 10pm, the whole evening will feature music from the 70s and 80s with local bands and DJs performing before Boney M.
Boney M started in Germany in 1975 when Liz Mitchell met Frank Farian while she was singing in the musical HAIR in Berlin and Hamburg. Together they formed Boney M and released their first record Do You Wanna Bump. The magic of this combination continued through the 70s and early 80s with record-breaking hits around the world. Hits such as Rivers of Babylon; Brown Girl in the Ring; Daddy Cool; Mary's Boy Child; Ma Baker; Rasputin and many more.
Tickets for the concert are on sale now from all the record shops on the island, priced 3,500 pts (4,000 pts on the night) and are selling fast.
As the Campo de Futbol de San Antonio is NOT Wembley, places are limited, so we advise you to get your tickets as soon as possible. It is sure to be a night to remember.
